I made the one and only visit during this Oct-12 Restaurant Week Singapore.
And this is the 3rd time participating.
So glad to be able to visit this sky high dining for somewhat hearty feeling 3-course meal.
Both of us went for the same starter. Tender omelette stuffed with crab meat shredding, doused in miso broth with peaks of sour Thai-flavoured seasonings, also garnished with fried shallots. Quite a South East?Asian?inclined dish.
Oh yes, the warm bread served was pretty good. Crusty outside, warm inside. Highlight was the very fruity olive oil and in-house spice mix as bread dip.
The spatchcock was grilled perfectly, crispy skin with tender meat underneath.
Again, somewhat familliar Thai inclined seasonings tasted here, not a complaint though.
The wine poached barramundi fillet was tender for sure, on the plain side.
Underestimated cauliflower puree and sauce to go with the fillet.
It definitely lacked lustre compared to the grilled meat above.
Simple palette cleansing dessert served with a thin buttery cracker for added texture.
Served with tea/coffee as well.
Overall, a satisfactory meal deal.
